You will receive an email upon purchase with a download link in it. This will be sent to the email address submitted at checkout. Please contact hello@ides.studio if you have any issues downloading your items.
Yes! We just ask that you use them as a starting point (blocks, starter garments) or an accessory added to your look. Please ensure that if you're reselling an item it has been sufficiently altered by you, so that it is no longer recognizable as an IDES item. Feel free to tag us on social media with any of your creations and we'll repost them! @ides.studio
We ask that you please don't redistribute our items to others, as we price our items based on the hope that we will sell them many times. We can not sustain our business if they are given away to others for free.
Given the nature of digital downloads, we don't typically accept returns. However, we hope that our customers are always happy with their purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please email hello@ides.studio and we will do our best to rectify the situation or refund you.
Starter Garments are classic silhouettes, with all the basic details already applied. They are more of a complete garment than a block pattern and are designed for people with less pattern making experience. Change the details, pocket shapes, seam location or materials and you've got a fresh design! They are often more expensive because they include detail patterns and seam allowance.
Yes! All of our 3D garments are also available as PDF Patterns you can print from home or at your local print shop. Just select "PDF Pattern" under file type on the product page. These are always cheaper than the 3D file, as they do not come with a 3D version. They can be brought into CLO and you can put them together in 3D yourself if you're looking to save money on your purchase.
